WarPigs is a well-structured Republic Guild on Jedi Covenant server and is part of a Multi-gaming Community The WarPigs (http://warpigsmmo.com). We never lose sight of the single most important aspect of gaming: FUN! After all, one of the primary reasons to join a guild is to make friends and have people that you know to enjoy gaming with. Our members are not required to participate in any aspect of a game if they do not enjoy it.

The WarPigs have a strong mixture of casual and core gamers. It is important to note that we are a casual Guild. We do hold many activities to ensure all of our members remain a part of our community and get to interact with each another regularly. It is important to note that we do not make being in a guild a second job nor do we frown upon anyone who can't make every scheduled guild event or be in voice chat 24/7. We fully understand the need for prioritization in people's lives as many of us have families and obligations outside of the game ourselves. As such, we are very understanding of people's time. We do not require our members to log in daily and spend hours online, participate in X number of raids, etc...Teamspeak 3 (http://teamspeak.com)is a must for grouping. You don't have to talk but when grouping but it sucks to type. PM me and I will send you the TS address info.

Common courtesy is the foundation of our expectations for WarPigs members. We will be respectful of your time and ask that you also be respectful to the guild by participating and playing with your guild-mates when you can and desire to.

For a time we considered our Guild as, "Casual Ambitious:" we stayed current with content and maintained good momentum in doing content and never did it at the cost of having fun. We believe real life comes first. We do our best to be punctual for the times we have committed to play. We like to have fun, joke around and laugh. We are not going to try to get server or world first, because it is a game, not a job. Fun is what a game is supposed to be about. We want to be a second family (we may even have that creepy uncle you don't like. ) We are rebuilding our membership and invite you to join us so we can get back to being, "Casual Ambitious."

We set up times for raids but only expect those who sign up to show up. People play on their time.

The core belief is having fun with friends.

Our membership has people from East to West Coast U.S. and we have allied with other guilds who have people on at different times in addition to having different raid times to allow our membership to have more opportunities to do group content. We have set up a custom in game chat channel to talk to those guilds.

What do I have to do to join WarPigs?

Very little! Go to the War Pigs forum pages, and sign up here (http://www.warpigsmmo.com/viewforum.php?f=28), then get with us in game, you can contact Aqua (Guild Leader) or Drudian (Recruitment Officer). The sign up will give you access to the forum pages so you will be able to sign up for events you wish to join.

Are there any restrictions for joining?

There are a few things we look at. First is we are a +18 Guild. Second, Teamspeak 3 is a must. You don't have to talk but when grouping typing is too slow for the fast pace of a Flash Point or Operation. When you are questing on your own or with someone else, if you don't want to be on Team Speak feel free to not use it.

Finally the determination of being a member is based on maturity, your ability to get along with others, (ask Eulif about the Beer and Pie), representing the Guild in a positive manner, and participation. If you are not around you are not really part of the Guild. Say "hi" be a part of the group, we don't bite, much. We are loud and laugh, join in.

Who makes the final decisions, and are the people to approach if I have a problem on the server?

If you have any issues in game you can contact the Officer in charge of that area or Aqua. Aqua handles all TOR business. If you have an issue with Aqua and don't want to talk to him as a member you can talk to El Pato, Eulif, or Srafa. If you have any questions don't hesitate to PM me.
